Last Day of The Shred

So I have officially completed the Shred, tomorrow I will upload measurments and weight loss but for today you may have pictures! I am proud I did it and only took 3 days off. The photos aren’t excellent but they’ll have to do!

Wednesday is weigh day and I have been a naughty girl this week! Birthday cake, popcorn and smarties oh my! Doubt I’ve lost this week; maybe I’ve gained because of the 30 day Shred as it’s building muscle. By the by, the shred is going well. Tomorrow is day 7 of level one and I can feel it getting easier every day. Level two makes me nervous but I WILL do the thirty days! This weekend I won’t be able to do Friday and Saturday because I’m away but I will commit again when I get home! Talk to you Wednesday!

So after a disappointing -0.7 loss last week I decided to do something about it. Only it didn’t seem to go so well. My body is having a lot of cravings which I, against better judgement, seem to be giving into. Which is why today I have purchased the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I will post pictures of before and after the entire thirty days! It seems promising! Ciao

So as I promised I did upload a few ‘before’ pictures. I was not happy with them at all and they seemed to remind me of the unhappiness and depression I used to feel constantly. I plucked up the ambition to randomly take a few during pictures in my mirror tonight. I usually get irritated when people take photos of themselves in the mirror but tonight I was just too lazy to set up the trip-pod so this is all you’ll get! Sorry! My current weight is 159.1 and my height is 5’7″. So here they are!

Hey! I’m getting better at this whole ‘blog more than twic in six months thing’! I took my measurements today as promised and was mildly happy to see that I have indeed lost inches! So here goes, what they were before and after losing 20 pounds:
Thigh: 25″ to 24″
Waist: 36″ to 35.5″
Bust: 38″ to 35.5″
Arm: 13.75″ to 12.5″
Hips: 46.5″ to 43.25″
I am happy with my results but will be happier when I’ve lost more weight. Today was weigh day and I’m down 2 pounds(159.1)! So that was good because to reach my goal weight becfor mexico I need to lose at least 1.1 pounds a week; no room for screw-ups! I will try to figure out how to post a picture soon of before and after as well(or maybe now). All for now! Bye!
